📦 Order & Registration

1. How do I register as a B2B customer?

Registering as a B2B partner is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Simply fill out our registration form and get direct access to our exclusive B2B area. After successful registration, you will see all B2B prices, special conditions and have access to an optimized ordering interface. Activation can take up to 24 hours, but usually within 5 minutes.

2. Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, in order to offer our business customers attractive prices and an efficient ordering process, a minimum order value of 50€ applies per order .

3. Is there a minimum order quantity per product?

There is no fixed minimum order quantity for most products, so you can order flexibly and according to your needs. However, some selected items, especially special or custom-made items, may be available from a certain quantity. You can find this information directly on the product. For individual quantities or special requests, you can contact our B2B team at any time.

4. Are you a wholesale customer and need special conditions?

After registering, you will automatically receive access to our regular B2B prices and can order directly online.

1. How quickly will my order be delivered?

We process your order as quickly as possible and usually ship within 1-3 working days . For large orders or custom-made items, the delivery time may be slightly longer - in such cases we will of course inform you in advance. Our reliable logistics partner DHL ensures that your order reaches you safely and on time.

2. Which countries does ROSIE ROSE deliver to?

We ship worldwide, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For international deliveries we offer flexible shipping options.

Please note that deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs fees or import duties , which must be borne by the recipient.
