Shipping conditions
Delivery is available within Germany, Europe, and worldwide. Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries within Europe
For the "Standard Shipping" shipping method, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.90 per order. Delivery is free for orders over €49.
Deliveries abroad (worldwide)
For the "Worldwide Shipping" shipping option, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90 per order. Delivery is free for orders of €100 or more.
Pre-order
Orders placed in pre-order status will be shipped separately. If the ordered item is out of stock after 30 days, the item in the order will be canceled.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-3 business days, for deliveries abroad (Europe) within 2-5 business days, and for deliveries abroad (worldwide) within 5-21 business days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in separate shipments unless we have made different arrangements with you.

Return
At ROSIE ROSE, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you. We will process the refund within 14 days of the return date.
