Payment and shipping terms

Delivery takes place within Germany, Europe and worldwide. Shipping costs (including VAT)

For the "Standard Shipping" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €2.95 per order. From a purchase value of €30, delivery is free.

For the "Standard Shipping" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €4.95 per order. From a purchase value of €60, delivery is free.

Deliveries to Switzerland

For the "Europe shipping" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €4.95 per order. Delivery is free for orders over €60.

For the shipping method "worldwide shipping" we calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €9.95 per order. Delivery is free for orders over €100.

pre order

Orders placed in pre-order status will be shipped separately. If the item ordered is not in stock after 30 days, the item in the order will be canceled.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 1-3 working days, for deliveries abroad (Europe) within 2-5 working days and for deliveries abroad (worldwide) within 5-21 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in different shipments, unless we have made different agreements with you.

Payment via PayPal - payment via Stripe (credit card, Sofortüberweisung, Giropay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay) Klarna.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. If you have any questions, you will find our contact details in the imprint.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or for any reason wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that the costs for returning the goods will be borne by you.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund you the corresponding money. We will process the refund within 14 days from the date of return.
